Bruno Savate appeared on Dois às 10 this Tuesday on TVI, hours after calling Cristina Ferreira “Cristina Trump” and she called him foolish for having sent support planes to Leandro and Pedro Jorge, contestants from Casa dos Segredos.
Facing the presenter, the former reality show contestant justified his reasoning. “I only called her Cristina Trump. I wanted to say that this was a dictatorship, a person lives in a freedom of expression and I can say what I want,” Savate clarified.
“Then I can also say you are foolish,” countered Cristina Ferreira.
Bruno Savate disagreed. “No, Cristina. Within education and within the context, as Cristina is here as a director and has to set an example, she should not have such attitudes towards former contestants,” he pointed out.
Despite Bruno Savate’s clarifications, Cristina Ferreira wanted to understand why many times they say “a thousand and one things” about her, to which Savate responded that, aside from what he said in the last hours, he had never spoken badly of the director of Entertainment and Fiction at TVI.
During the conversation, Cristina ended up apologizing for calling Bruno Savate “foolish.” “I really have a lot of respect for you, and I have a lot of respect for all the participants of reality shows, now you don’t want to be smarter than a team that has been doing this for 25 years and that protects the people who enter there. There’s something we always want, which is for nobody to leave worse than they entered. Sometimes they don’t have the capacity for that,” she concluded.
